By purchasing an item advertised on this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Organised Housewife Pty Ltd may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this Site after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our Wool Dryer Balls. If at any time during the first 30 days after RECEIPT OF The Organised Housewife Wool Dryer Balls and you’re not completed delighted with your Wool Dryer Balls, you may return them for a refund.

Please note that original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Only on receipt of the returned Wool Dryer Balls by Organised HQ, Organised HQ will contact you within a 72 hour period to provide you with advice on the provision of the refund.
Products purchased from Organised HQ – physical or digital – are not permitted for resale or redistribution.
PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT
Pricing and product information errors: Organised HQ reserves the right to amend any pricing or product information errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason and may exercise its right to cancel the order.
- All prices are Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- The total of your order and your delivery fees are estimated once your delivery details are provided in the checkout.
- Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.
- Prices are subject to variation.
- Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be used on multiple orders
The majority of coupon codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and will exclude the use with items currently on sale.

No person may claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of these digital products, modified or unmodified.
Digital products from Organised HQ are not permitted, modified or unmodified, for resale or redistribution. Digital products can not be placed, modified or unmodified, on any website or other medium, or be included in any service without written permission from Katrina Springer.

REFUND + RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS POLICY FOR DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If on receipt of your order any of the items are found to be damaged you may contact us to claim a refund, credit or replacement. This claim must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Receipt of the order is considered as being the time and day the goods are delivered and have been signed for. To make a claim, please contact our customer support team here. Receipt of the claim by Organised HQ will be deemed as the date and time of receipt of the email.
Although all claims will be considered Organised HQ cannot guarantee provision of a refund if the person who placed the order is not able to satisfy Organised HQ that the goods have been damaged and/or notified Organised HQ within the required time as stated above. Proof of damage would be through means such as provision of a photo that clearly shows the damage along with provision of the order number or proof or purchase.
If and when Organised HQ deems the product to be damaged and/or faulty we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge. In the case where a replacement is not able to be supplied by Organised HQ within a reasonable amount of time a refund or credit will be supplied.
In some circumstances we will require that the damaged item be returned to Organised HQ at no extra charge to the purchaser, however if on receipt of the item Organised HQ deems the goods to be undamaged or not faulty retain the right to charge the purchaser for the cost of transportation and/or inspection costs.
Please note that if you do not advise us within 24 hours from receipt of delivery, we may be unable to assist you in any capacity.
RETURNS POLICY FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT CHOICE
For exchanges or returns when it comes to a change of mind or incorrect choice, Organised HQ will happily exchange, or provide a store credit for any unused, undamaged item(s) less delivery fee if they are returned to us within 14 days of making your purchase.
The product/s being returned must be unused, returned in original packaging.
Please contact us to make a claim for refund or replacement.
All claims are individually assessed, please allow up to 3-5 Business days for your return to be processed. Once approved you will be issued with a store credit. The amount refunded for returned goods do not include delivery fees.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If the product is not what you ordered please contact us to rectify.
Organised HQ does not take responsibility for anything that relates to something independent of our business operations or after the goods have left our control.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is misplaced by Australia Post or courier service please contact us within 7 days of receipt of confirmation of your order. Please contact our Customer Support Team here.
We will endeavour to assist you in locating the lost item, however if not able to locate the article have the right to choose whether a refund, replacement or credit is to be provided. In order for Organised HQ to consider we will require proof of purchase.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING PROMOTION
Terms and conditions: Flat rate shipping is open to Australian Residents Only. Parcel can not be delivered to PO Boxes.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION
Free Shipping may be offered during promotional periods. When offered it cannot be used in conjunction with storewide sales or any other sales, coupon code/s. Free shipping is excluded from Large Struckets, Laundry Basket with folding legs and Scanpan Set. Not available on international orders.
Organised HQ will strive to gift wrap any order where gift wrapping is selected and paid for. We reserve the right to refuse to wrap any item that is considered too large such as a laundry basket with folding legs or awkwardly shaped items. In these circumstances, you will be informed and a prompt refund of gift wrapping charges will be made.
