We offer pickup from our warehouse in Molendinar, Gold Coast. Pickup is available between 8.30am - 3.30pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays and our Christmas closure period). If you order before 8am your order may be ready the same business day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Note: Organised HQ is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard or Express parcel delivery. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes (Australia Post only).
Express Shipping is sent via Austrlaia Post and does not guarantee same day or priority dispatch, express shipping is a service provided by Australia Post. Please note that during a sale or at times when our warehouse is dispatching higher than normal orders, or Christmas closure, there can be delays.
Organised HQ offers international shipping to various countries. To find out more please enter your address at checkout to view postage fees. We do offer International Shipping. Delivery Cost does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order if they occur.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Free Shipping may be offered during promotional periods. When offered it cannot be used in conjunction with storewide sales or any other sales, coupon code/s. Free shipping is excluded from Large Struckets, Laundry Basket with folding legs and Scanpan Set. Not available on international orders.
All our postage rates are calculated using Australia Post shipping calculator.
All express post orders are dispatched the next day of ordering. Typically all other orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. However, there may be delays during our busy periods (November – February).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note, if an order is returned to sender due to the goods not claimed within the courier’s required time frame or an incorrect address provided, there are two options:
- We can refund the order minus the original shipping charge and return to sender fee ($7.95)
- We can resend the order, however the shipping charge will need to be paid again by customer prior to dispatch
If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, you may contact the relevant carrier to locate the parcel. Please note, we cannot resend/refund the order until the investigation is complete and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.
If an ‘authority to leave’ is requested, Organised HQ cannot accept responsibility for missing packages.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is misplaced by Australia Post we take no responsibility for the replacement of your parcel.
ITEM RECEIVED DAMAGED
If, for some reason, your goods arrive damaged we will do everything we can to fix the issue, provided a claim is made within 24 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To notify us of the damage please email our customer care team email@example.com to confirm the damage we do require a photo of the product along with details of the fault.
If we do deem the product to be damaged/faulty, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.
If we do require the damaged item that was sent via Australia Post to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.
Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 24 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.
