HOW TO SIGN UP TO BECOME A STOCKIST

About These Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean The Organised Housewife and “you” means you the stockist. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between The Organised Housewife and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars.

Usage And Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, intellectual property in all information, data, images, logos and trademarks contained on this Website is owned by us and all rights are reserved. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, transmit, broadcast, make available, redistribute, publish or otherwise deal with any part of this Website without our prior written consent. Your content may include registered trade marks, and other trade marks that are otherwise protected by law. “The Organised Housewife” which is a registered trade mark owned by us. You will be given access to a library of high-quality images which you can use on your website. You must not copy the description we use on our product pages. Create your own description to prevent google lowering yours and our website ranking for copied content.

Description And Availability

We have done our best to ensure that products have been displayed as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. Whilst we make every reasonable effort to present accurate information on this web site, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after the order is made, you shall be informed either by email or by phone as soon as practically possible. If this is the case, you shall be offered a product of similar quality and equivalent price, subject to availability, or a refund will be offered. Indemnification You agree to indemnify The Organised Housewife and its employees, agents, directors, and managers from any damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees and costs) arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any other liability arising out of your use of the website.

Payment Methods

PUBLIC ACCESS: The Organised Housewife has option for credit card, AfterPay or Paypal payment options. Each providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Delivery will be sent via courier. All prices include GST. Payment to be received before products are delivered. Minimum orders of 10 pieces per product.

Credit Claims

All credit claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. A claim form (available from head office or your agent) must be completed and returned to head office for approval. At this stage, head office with assess the claim and decide on the appropriate course of action. No credit will be issued if goods are returned due to buyer’s changing their mind about the purchase. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Organsied Housewife will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

STOCKISTS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all online conduct is done with highest level of integrity and professionalism to ensure our brand is represented in the right way.
• Do not misrepresent The Organised Housewife or any of our other properties, products, or services.
• Do no engage in any conduct that is likely to impair or cause damage to the operation of The Organised Housewife, whether by way of a virus, corrupted file or through use of any other software or program.
• Stockists agree to receive email from The Organised Housewife including but not limited to newsletters, site updates, promotion resources, and other announcements and correspondence. The Organised Housewife accepts no responsibility for the accurate receipt of any such emails and affiliate is responsible for ensuring that The Organised Housewife email address is not blocked or impaired in any way, including by ensuring ‘white-listing’ of our email address.
• If you unsubscribe from receiving The Organised Housewife emails, you acknowledge and understand that you may no longer receive information or updates from The Organised Housewife.
• Creating new ‘The Organised Housewife' branded websites or social media pages or groups is prohibited.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Organised Housewife may, at times, disclose certain information as a result of stockists participation in the wholesale Program. You shall collectively and individually keep all trade secrets, discussions, and other privileged information within the course of maintaining and promoting anything of or related to the purpose of the wholesale Program, their individual businesses, or this agreement confidential. Information is privileged when it would otherwise materially harm either of the parties in their individual businesses, or describe information that is not public nor ever intended to be public. If a breach of confidentiality occurs accidentally or wilfully, the non-breaching party is entitled to any actual damages and/or an injunction as a result of the breach.
