Since I closed my warehouse last year, I'm focusing on local printing and keeping inventory limited to reduce overstock and manage stress. When does the pre-order period end?
Pre-orders closed on 29th October. We will only be printing the quantity that was pre-ordered, with very limited extras.

When will I receive my calendar?
Calendars will be shipped out for early December delivery for pre-orders, and any extra calendars will be delivered in late December.

Why should I have pre-ordered?
Pre-ordering guaranteed you’d receive one of our limited-edition calendars. Since we only printed the exact number of pre-orders (with very few extras), pre-ordering was the best way to ensure you didn’t miss out!

Will the calendar be restocked after the pre-order?
No, we will not be doing a restock. The 2025 Wall Calendar is a limited edition, so there will be no additional stock beyond the pre-order and very limited extras.

How do I know if my pre-order went through?
Once you completed your pre-order, you should have received an email confirmation with your order details. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders are final as we only printed what was ordered. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or details, please contact us as soon as possible.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location. We offer both domestic and international shipping options.

Will I be charged now or when the calendar ships?
You were charged at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your calendar.

Can I track my order once it's shipped?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery status.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we do! However, please email me at support@organisedhq.com.au so I can create a shipping quote for you.

Pre-order Deadline
The pre-order period for the 2025 Wall Calendar ended on 29th October 2024. After this date, no additional orders will be taken unless a few extra calendars become available in mid-December. These will be extremely limited, so please join the waitlist to be notified.

Payment
Full payment was required at the time of placing your pre-order, which secured your calendar and guaranteed it would be printed.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are final as we are only printing what was pre-ordered. However, if you need to update your shipping address, you may do so up until 18th November 2024. Please double-check all other order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
Calendars will be shipped starting in early December 2024 for pre-orders. Any additional calendars, if available, will be shipped in late December. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Limited Edition
The 2025 Wall Calendar is a limited-edition product. Only the number of calendars pre-ordered were printed, and any extras will be very limited. If you missed the pre-order window, you can join the waitlist, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of this product (printed based on pre-orders), refunds or returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged. If your calendar arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for assistance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. International shipping is available, but please allow additional time for delivery.

Customs and Duties (for international orders)
International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the price of the calendar and are the responsibility of the customer.
