We’re doing pre-orders only for this calendar to ensure we print just the right amount. Since I closed my warehouse last year and am now printing locally, it’s important for me to be mindful of not overstocking. Printing large quantities could leave me with unsold stock, and that’s not a smart financial decision. By pre-ordering, you’re helping me reduce waste, support local production, and make sure everyone who wants a calendar gets one!

1. When does the pre-order period end?
Pre-orders close on 29th October, so make sure you place your order before then. We will only be printing the quantity that’s pre-ordered, with very limited extras.

2. When will I receive my calendar?
Calendars will be shipped out for early December delivery, just in time for the new year!

3. Why should I pre-order?
Pre-ordering guarantees you’ll receive one of our limited-edition calendars. Since we are only printing the exact number of pre-orders (with very few extras), this ensures you don’t miss out!

4. Will the calendar be restocked after the pre-order?
No, we will not be doing a restock. The 2025 Wall Calendar is a limited edition, so the only way to secure one is by pre-ordering before 29th October.

5. How do I know if my pre-order went through?
Once you complete your pre-order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

6. Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders are final as we’ll be printing only what is ordered. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or details, please contact us as soon as possible before the 29th October deadline.

7. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on your location. We offer both domestic and international shipping options.

8. Will I be charged now or when the calendar ships?
You will be charged at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your calendar.

9. Can I track my order once it's shipped?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery status.

10. Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we can, however, please email me, support@organisedhq.com.auso I can create a shipping quote for you.

Pre-order Deadline
Pre-orders for the 2025 Wall Calendar will close on 29th October 2024. After this date, no additional orders will be taken unless otherwise stated.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. Your payment secures your calendar and guarantees that it will be printed.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your pre-order has been placed, cancellations cannot be made. However, if you need to update your shipping address, you may do so up until 18th November 2024. Please double-check all other order details before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
Calendars will be shipped starting in early December 2024. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Limited Edition
The 2025 Wall Calendar is a limited-edition product. Only the number of calendars pre-ordered will be printed, and any extras will be very limited. If you miss the pre-order window, we cannot guarantee availability.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of this product (printed based on pre-orders), refunds or returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged. If your calendar arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, with a photos, for assistance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. International shipping is available, but please allow additional time for delivery.

Customs and Duties (for international orders)
International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the price of the calendar and are the responsibility of the customer.
