Thank you for your continued support of Organised HQ. As we prepare to close down our operations from 29th September, we're offering a closing down sale to clear all the stock in our warehouse. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase during our closing down sale.
1. Sale Duration: The closing down sale will take place from now to 27th September 2023, inclusive. The sale will end at 11.59pm AEDT.
2. Discounts and Offers: Products will be discounted at varying rates. All discounts will be listed on product pages. No further discounts can be applied at checkout. As all our products are on sale, no coupon codes can be used.
3. Returns and Exchanges: All sales made during the closing down sale are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on any items purchased during this period. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your selections before finalising your purchase.
4. Availability: All products are available while supplies last. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific product or size. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until the purchase is completed. When we go to pack your order and find an item is out of stock we will issue you a refund for this item.
5. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the closing down sale, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, for products purchased during this period.
6. Shipping and Delivery: Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Shipping times may be longer than usual due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during this time.
7. Gift Cards: Gift cards can no longer be purchased. However, you can use one you already have to make purchases during the closing down sale.
8. Coupon Codes: Coupon codes, discount vouchers, or promotional codes cannot be combined with closing down sale discounts.
9. Promotions and Advertising: Organised HQ reserves the right to modify or cancel the closing down sale at any time. We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to the sale.

11. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or issues related to the closing down sale will be addressed through our standard customer support channels.

  1. The Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer is applicable to select products as specified on the product listing.

  2. To avail the offer, customers must add a minimum of two eligible products to their cart. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout, marking 1 of 2 for free.

  3. In case the customer adds only one eligible item to their cart, the offer will not be applicable, and the discount will not be automatically applied.

  4. The Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.

  5. The offer is valid for a limited time as indicated on the product listing and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  6. The offer is applicable only to the item specified on the product page.

  7. Returns and exchanges are subject to our standard return policy. If a customer returns one item from the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion, the value of the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.

  8. Organised HQ reserves the right to modify or cancel the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer at any time without prior notice.
  9. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our Wool Dryer Balls. If at any time during the first 30 days after RECEIPT OF The Organised Housewife Wool Dryer Balls and you’re not completed delighted with your Wool Dryer Balls, you may return them for a refund.

When returning:

  • Include your order number, name and email address
  • Return to: Returns, Organised HQ Returns, 4/8 Anisar Court, Molendinar QLD 4214

Please note that original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Only on receipt of the returned Wool Dryer Balls by Organised HQ, Organised HQ will contact you within a 72 hour period to provide you with advice on the provision of the refund.


Products purchased from Organised HQ – physical or digital – are not permitted for resale or redistribution. Organied HQ reserves the right to limit purchase quantities or to cancel orders if we believe in our reasonable opinion that they are purchased for resale purposes.


Pricing and product information errors: Organised HQ reserves the right to amend any pricing or product information errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason and may exercise its right to cancel the order.

  1. All prices are Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
  2. The total of your order and your delivery fees are estimated once your delivery details are provided in the checkout.
  3. Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.
  4. Prices are subject to variation.
  5. Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be used on multiple orders


The majority of coupon codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and will exclude the use with items currently on sale or gift cards. Coupon codes can expire at any time.

Coupon codes are not valid with the purchase of The Organised 2023 Planners, and Planner Bundles, while free shipping is being offered. The offer of free shipping is only valid when shipping to locations within Australia (excluding Western Australia), and is not valid on previous or existing orders, and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.


All digital products created by Katrina Springer, The Organised Housewife, are property of The Organised Housewife Pty Ltd. All other digital products are the property of the creator as per product description. No person may claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of these digital products, modified or unmodified.

Digital products from Organised HQ are not permitted, modified or unmodified, for resale or redistribution. Digital products can not be placed, modified or unmodified, on any website or other medium, or be included in any service without written permission from Katrina Springer.

These products are for personal use only.

Organised HQ reserves the right to change or modify digital products with no prior notice.

If the product is not what you ordered please contact us to rectify.


Organised HQ does not take responsibility for anything that relates to something independent of our business operations or after the goods have left our control.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is misplaced by Australia Post or courier service please contact us within 7 days of receipt of confirmation of your order. Please contact our Customer Support Team here.

We will endeavour to assist you in locating the lost item, however if not able to locate the article have the right to choose whether a refund, replacement or credit is to be provided. In order for Organised HQ to consider we will require proof of purchase.


If, for some reason, your goods arrive damaged we will do everything we can to fix the issue, provided a claim is made within 24 hours from the parcel being delivered and signed for. To notify us of the damage please email our customer care team support@organisedhq.com.au to confirm the damage we do require a photo of the product along with details of the fault.

If we do deem the product to be damaged/faulty, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge.

If we do require the damaged item that was sent via Australia Post to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us.

Please note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged products) within 24 hours from its delivery, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.
